Designed to allow you time and space to focus on breathing techniques which you can use throughout pregnancy and may be useful during labour too, our practice of yoga postures are all safe during each stage of pregnancy and aim to help you manage your ever changing body, combat any aches and tension, keep your body and mind strong and of course provided you with the chance to rest and rejuvenate with relaxation.
The classes provide you with time to think about how you are feeling, how your body may be changing, and how you can use yoga to assist with those changes throughout your journey into motherhood and beyond.
Whether you have an existing yoga practice or you are coming to yoga for the first time, these classes are suitable for every level, with lots of options to suit your needs, all from the comfort of your own home.
